Career Reflection Exercise
Welcome to this moment of intentional reflection. The questions below are designed to help you uncover patterns and possibilities in your career journey. Take the time you need with each prompt.
Writing can be a powerful tool for gaining clarity on something that you have been deliberating for a while. It helps articulate your thoughts and guides you through a natural expressive process. You are welcome to share your reflections with me, and I will read them with curiosity and reply with my feedback within three to four business days.
This is your space for looking inward so that the path forward becomes clearer and more concrete in your mind—as you write, insights will emerge and guide you toward meaningful progress.

Prompts:
1 - What are some core values that you will not compromise under any circumstances? Where do you draw the line and refuse to settle?
2 - Identify three moments when you felt deeply excited and creatively energized. What elements—type of the task, the environment, the people involved, or something else—were present? How did it feel like in your body?
3 - Pause here. Take a deep breath and create space to tune into what is present for you. Allow your thoughts and feelings about your career progression to emerge. Notice what is surfacing—without judgment. If you're facing a career dilemma, be honest about any conflicting rational thoughts and emotions. Write freely for 10 minutes, setting a timer if that helps.
After completing your writing, take a moment to review what you've written. Circle or highlight any insights that surprised you or felt particularly significant. Then, reflect on how you might carry this awareness with you in the coming weeks.
