Fall 2026: Receiving Flow

A broad, squat jug receives the flow of water. Water is flowing, because it is water. But the jug simply receives. This is the guiding imagery for the fall.

Fall is the season of receiving and abundance.

We start by understanding what is moving and what sits still. Moving: circumstances, changes, demands, and other things outside your control. They can shift quickly and sometimes feel as though they are coming at you faster than you’d like.

What sits still: your values. They provide a stable point of reference when circumstances change, helping you decide what to accept, what to let pass, and how you want to respond.

A strong “jug” of values helps you stay still amid changing circumstances.
