About

I hold a Ph.D. in economics from MIT and taught at Harvard Business School, Georgia Tech's Scheller College of Business, and Boston University. I taught operations management, strategy, and design thinking, and my research focused on entrepreneurship, innovation, and international trade. I published in leading economics and management journals on these topics.

Over time, I realized that what energized me the most was not publishing papers or teaching abstract concepts, but helping people solve concrete challenges in their careers. I became an executive coach and career consultant and founded my own coaching practice, Sight Sphere, in 2022.

In my coaching work, I emphasize the importance of finding meaning and joy in your job, beyond traditional measures of success. We all define success differently, and in my own experience, having a calm space to freely explore my ideas, free from conventional thinking and external pressure, has been instrumental in helping me make clearer decisions. This experience shapes how I work with clients. At Sight Sphere, I am an ally who shares understanding and provides encouragement to help you succeed on your own terms.

Through this work, I have seen that at some point, we all must reckon with what we truly want in our careers, and answering that question can change many things.

About Me (Bedroom)

My passion for providing executive coaching and career consultations grew from my experiences teaching at Harvard Business School, the Georgia Institute of Technology Scheller College of Business, and Boston University.

My experiences teaching in dynamic, discussion-driven classrooms have shaped how I approach coaching and consultation sessions. My methods combine active listening, guided questioning, pattern recognition, and insight discovery. In addition, I also incorporate my training as a mindfulness mentor.

By diving into your unique perspective rather than following a one-size-fits-all playbook, our work together will generate strategies and solutions that align with your priorities, strengths, and real-world constraints.

In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, traveling, and films.
