With a new year comes with new possibilities—an opportunity to pause, reflect, and reset. This December and January, I’m offering a specially designed, two-part consultation to help you crystalize your takeaways from the past year and step into the new year with a sense of renewal and inspiration. This consultation includes a 55-minute initial session and a 30-minute follow-up session to provide an integrative experience.

How It Works:

Initial Session (55 minutes):
Together, we will set a fresh direction for 2025. I will use targeted questions to help you develop a bird’s-eye view of your career progression over the past year. And based on what I hear, I will provide feedback on themes that emerge from your descriptions, such as what drives you, what brings you satisfaction, and what may hinder you from acting in alignment with your goals. Using these insights, I’ll collaborate with you to set meaningful goals for the new year, creating a plan that reflects your priorities and commitments. We will identify and clear mental obstacles that may block the implementation of this plan, discuss actionable steps, and conclude by addressing any questions you may have.

Follow-Up Session (30 minutes):

The follow-up session will take place around two months after the initial session—ideally no more than three months, in order to keep your momentum going and ensure continuity. During this session, we will assess your progress using a similar process as above. I will guide you with reflective questions, provide personalized feedback, and help you adjust your goals and action plan as needed. The purpose of the session is to make sure that your vision and priorities remain aligned with your evolving circumstances and commitments. We’ll schedule the follow-up session at the end of our first meeting, or I’ll send you a link to schedule it within the suggested timeline.
